The Participant whose name appears in the Schedule below having applied to participate in the Company's Motor Takaful and paid the amount as stated in the Schedule being the Takaful contribution for the Comprehensiveand shall be held covered in the terms of the Company's usual Takaful Schedule applicable thereto for the period from 12:01 AM08/01/2011on to midnight on 07/01/2012unless the cover is terminated by the Company in writing and the Company shall return the portion of the contribution less the rate of contribution for the period that the Company has been on risk.

Seksyen 25 Akta Takaful 1984:
Tiada perlindungan akan diberikan sehingga sumbangan telah pun dibayar mengikut peraturan yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini. Sesiapa yang gagal mematuhi peraturan ini dan jika didapati bersalah akan dikenakan denda tidak melebihi RM5,000.00.
Section 25 Takaful Act 1984:
No cover shall be granted until contribution has been paid according to the regulations under this Act. Any person who fails to comply with this regulation and if found guilty shall be fined a sum not exceeding RM5,000.00.
